Two Water Bottles
How was it made?
The way the weight was built was not difficult, there only three things that I used. The First source that you need in order to make this weight is two bottles filled with water. The second source you need is Crazy glue. Once the bottles filled with water, you put the caps overhead form. Once its in that form or stance you add Crazy Glue around the bottle caps, let rest for an hour. The last or final thing to do to is add tape. I personally suggest to use duct tape or eletric tape. In my weight I used eletric tape. The first thing you tape up is the bottle caps, and you continue from one bottle end to the other. That was how I made my wieght. |
How do you use the weights?
In this style of weight its mostly for your arms. This weight helps with your biceps, and your triceps. One way you gain muscle in your biceps is by doing pick ups. What are pick ups? Pick ups is when your carring the weight with both your hands at a 45 degree angle and push down and up to the max you can go. Another way you can use the weight is by holding the only one water bottle and put in a overhead position,and again like pick ups. You put your hands in a 45 dregree angle and again push down and up. Thats how I used the weight that I made.
